Shipping

All orders are shipped through USPS with first class shipping. In hand orders are packed and shipped within 2 - 5 days of your order date. It may take up to 24 hours after package is dropped off at postal office for tracking to update.

If your package is lost, please contact your local postal service. At this time since I am a new pin maker I will not be holding on to extras for any lost items. I apologize but I will definitely work on in the future. 

If you live outside of the US, you are responsible for all custom, taxes, VAT, and any other additional fees.

If your package is returned to me for the following, providing an incorrect address, not paying custom, tax, or VAT fees, or for any other reason, you are responsible for paying shipping charges if you want the package to be shipped again.

Note: Although Texas is opening back up and going back to normal there is still a slight delay in shipping times and may take longer than expected.

 

Grading Policy

I will do my best to grade each pin but please keep in mind enamel pins are handmade items and none will be perfect. Flaws may differ from pin to pin and colors may vary. Backs will not be graded. 

  • A Grade: Minor imperfections, there may be tiny stray specs of glitter/color, small air bubbles, small scratches on metal surfaces, minor enamel fill errors, and other minor imperfections which may be visible when viewing the pin very closely. 
  • B Grade: Defects are noticeable up close. The defects can include stray specs of glitter, air bubbles, imperfections on metal surfaces, incorrect or incomplete filling of enamel/glitter, minor screen-printing errors, and other small visible imperfections.
  • C Grade: Defects are noticeable from a distance. The defects can include obvious stray specs of glitter, air bubbles, scratches and other imperfections on metal surfaces, missing enamel, bent posts, screen-printing errors, incorrect colors, and other visible imperfections.
